Cancellation Policy

Process For Order Cancellation:  The user can cancel his/her order(s) only after 1 hour from the time of order placement due to security reasons and within 24 hours from the time of order placement. Please follow the following steps to cancel your order –

1. Log in to your account and go to the “My Account” section;
2. Select the order that you want to cancel from the “My Orders” section
3. Click on “Cancel Order” for the item/s you want to cancel
4. Provide the reason for the cancellation
5. Confirm the cancellation
6. You will receive an acknowledgment of the cancellation.

Please Note: You will not be able to cancel an order after 24 hours.
